PT ASA Kreatif Persada ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through asakreatif.id, how we use it, and your rights under Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Data We Collect
When you fill in the consultation form, we collect: your full name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and design brief details such as room type, city, approximate size, preferred style, budget range, target start date, and your own description of what you need. You may also optionally upload up to 3 photos of your current room condition.
Photos of Your Space
Photos of your room's condition are personal data relating to your residence. Photos are stored with a cloud provider (Cloudinary) in a private state - never published or permanently publicly accessible. Every access link to your photos is digitally signed and automatically expires after a set period. We do not use your photos for marketing without a separate written permission.
Purpose of Use
The data you provide is used solely to: (a) contact you regarding the interior design consultation you requested, (b) prepare an initial recommendation and quotation based on your needs, and (c) follow-up communication via WhatsApp or email about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.
Legal Basis
We process your data based on the explicit consent you give by checking the consent box on the consultation form, in accordance with Article 20 of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this page.
Storage and Security
Consultation brief data is stored in our internal system. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, including access restrictions and private photo storage with expiring signed links (see the Photos of Your Space section).
Data Retention
We keep your consultation brief data for as long as necessary to process your request and related follow-up, and periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed. You may request deletion of your data at any time - see the Your Rights section below.
Data Sharing
Currently, your data is processed and stored entirely within our internal systems and is not shared with any third party. If we integrate a third-party conversation system in the future to speed up responses, this policy will be updated first and you will be notified.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Law No. 27 of 2022, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always shown at the top of this page along with its update date.
