Can I order design only?
Yes. The design-only package covers concept, layout, 3D visuals, and working drawings executable by another contractor. Our warranty, however, covers only work we produce.
How long does the process take?
For a single room, design takes roughly 1 to 2 weeks and production 3 to 6 weeks. For full units or offices, we schedule per zone within an agreed project timeline.
How much does interior design cost in Greater Jakarta?
Design fees are typically calculated per square metre, while design & build is quoted per room package. Range depends on complexity, materials, and location. We issue a written estimate after the site survey, with no initial consultation fee.
